White Sangria - Summer Sippin'

This is my recipe for white sangria, or “giggle juice” as it was recently dubbed by my friend Lauren. Whatever you call it, it is damn tasty! Really you can use whatever fruit you prefer. Mango, cherries, blue berries, even banana. I used fresh berries not frozen because frozen berries tend to get mushy and look like brains (also brought to my attention by Lauren  )

Ingredients
• 1 bottle of white wine (Riesling, Albarino, Chablis, Gewurztraminer, Rioja, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc choose your favorite)

• 1 cup Peach Schnapps

• 1 cup Frozen peaches

• 1 cup Fresh strawberries

• 1 cup fresh raspberries

• 1 Kiwi sliced

• Optional ½ liter ginger ale

• Optional ¼ - ½ cup of sugar depending on your taste

1. Pour wine and Schnapps into a large pitcher.

2. Remove green stem from strawberries.

3. Add frozen peaches and fresh strawberries to the pitcher.

4. Peel kiwi and slice them and add the kiwi to the pitcher

5. Depending on how sweet you want your Sangria, add ¼- ½ cup of sugar. If you prefer it a bit
dryer then leave out the sugar.

6. Chill Sangria for at least an hour

7. Add ginger ale before serving. This is optional, but

8. Enjoy
